Smoked Fish Tiradito
A Peruvian-inspired dish featuring smoked fish, mixed with citrus and spices.

Ingredients
- β1/2 pound Warmly smoked fish (such as trout or salmon)preferably smoked in-house
- β1 medium Red onionthinly sliced
- β2 Peruvian aji amarillo peppersseeded and finely chopped
- β2 tablespoons Fresh lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oiloptional
- β1 tablespoon Tiradito seasoning blendavailable at most Latin American markets

Combine thinly sliced red onion and chopped aji amarillo peppers in a bowl.

Add freshly squeezed lime juice and mix well.

Grate smoked fish over the mixture and toss to combine.

Season with tiradito seasoning blend and mix well.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
