Warmly Spiced Malaysian Biryani

- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1-inch piece Ginger
- ●1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- ●1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon Salt
- ●1 teaspoon Warmly Spiced Biryani Masala

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder, and sauté for 1 minute.
