Grilled Peruvian Chicken
A classic Peruvian dish featuring marinated chicken grilled to perfection, served with a side of warmly spiced slaw.

- β1/2 cup Mayoketo-friendly
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tsp Garlic Powder
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the warmly spiced slaw by combining mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
