Warm Spiced Dolma Stuffed Vegetables
A delicious and healthy Turkish-inspired dish where vegetables are stuffed with a warm spiced dolma filling.

- ●4 bell peppersany color
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 large tomatodiced
- ●1 cup riceuncooked
- ●1/4 cup parsleychopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the warm spiced dolma, tomato, and rice to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stuff each bell pepper with the dolma mixture and top with parsley.
