Pan-Seared Weakly Hash with Asparagus and Brined Sausage
A hearty breakfast dish featuring pan-seared weakly hash, asparagus, and a side of brined Slovakian sausage

- β1 cup Weakly HashAvailable in most supermarkets
- β4 spears AsparagusFresh or frozen
- β2 sausages Brined Slovakian SausageAvailable in most European markets
- β2 EggsOptional
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons ButterOptional

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the weakly hash to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, cook the asparagus in the microwave or on the stovetop until tender.

4. Add the brined Slovakian sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

5. If using eggs, crack them into the skillet and scramble them with the weakly hash.
