Australian Pancakes
Fluffy and light Australian-style pancakes, perfect for a weekend breakfast. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons pancakes
- β1/4 teaspoon whimsicaloptional, for a touch of fun
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour and pancakes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and sugar.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
