Creamy Slovakian Tres Leches Cake
A moist and creamy Mexican-inspired dessert, made with Slovakian cream and a hint of Mexican spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Slovakian creamHeavy cream with a hint of Slovakian vanilla
- β1 cup Whipping creamFor topping
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 box Bake mix
- β3 Eggs
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β1 tsp Cinnamon
- β1/4 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Slovakian cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix until well combined.

Add bake mix and mix until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Poke holes all over the top of the cake with a skewer.

Pour whipping cream over the top of the cake.
