German-Style Stir-Fry with Freekeh
A fusion of Chinese stir-frying techniques and traditional German ingredients, this dish combines the nutty flavor of freekeh with the savory taste of German sausage.

- β250g Freekeh
- β1 Onion
- β1 Bell Pepper
- β200g Mushrooms
- β20g Tomato Paste
- β500ml Chicken Broth
- β1 Tomato
- β Herbs (Thyme, Oregano)

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and fry until tender, about 5 minutes.
