Italian Biscotti Bread Pudding
A moist and flavorful bread pudding made with Italian biscotti, walnuts, and a hint of croatian espresso.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Italian biscotticubed
- β1/2 cup walnutschopped
- β2 tbsp croatian espressostrongly brewed
- β1/2 cup wholesome brown sugar
- β1/4 tsp briny sea salt
- β2 light eggs
- β1 cup wholesome milk

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed biscotti, chopped walnuts, and brewed espresso.

In a separate bowl, whisk together brown sugar, sea salt, eggs, and milk.

Pour the wet ingredients over the biscotti mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
