Spicy Korean Beef Mandu Stew

Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin or ribeye)Slice into small pieces
- β1 cup KimchiChop into small pieces
- β1 package Mandu (Korean dumplings)Cut open and set aside
- β2 teaspoons Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β3 cloves GarlicMince
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrate
- β1/4 cup Green onionsChop

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
