Pistachio Pastry Delight
A delightful dessert combining the crunch of pistachios with the flakiness of homemade pastry.
Ingredients
- β2 cups wholesome all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup pistachio meal
- β1 cup cold unsalted buttercut into small pieces
- β1 package slovakian pastry doughhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 cup chewy pistachioschopped
- βa pinch salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

In a separate bowl, whisk together pistachio meal, granulated sugar, and salt.

Add cold unsalted butter and mix until crumbly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs.

Add the egg mixture to the pistachio mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
