Uruguayan Almond Cake
A moist and flavorful cake from Uruguay, made with ground almonds and a hint of creamy texture. Perfect for a special occasion or dessert.

- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 cup wholesome sugar
- β1 teaspoon bake mix-ins
- β2 large eggs
- β1 cup creamy milk
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1/4 cup uruguayan cheeseoptional

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Grease two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and bake mix-ins.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Add the ground almonds to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
