Pan-Seared Cod With Slovakian Crust
A crispy Slovakian crust adds a unique flavor to this pan-seared cod dish. Serve with a side of wholesome stir-fry.

- β1 cup Slovakian flourUse a mix of wheat and rye flours

3. In a shallow dish, mix together Slovakian flour, crispy breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt.

4. Dip each cod fillet in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

5. Heat wholesome oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Add the coated cod fillets to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
