Egyptian Chickpea Salad

- β1/4 cup wholesome olive oil
- β2 tablespoons wholesome lemon juice
- β1 teaspoon wholesome cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon wholesome paprika
- β4 cups egyptian salad
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and paprika.

Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss to coat.
