Egyptian Wholesome Potato Casserole
A delicious and satisfying casserole combining the flavors of Egypt with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
- β2 large potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- β1 can of Egyptian-style tomatoes egyptiandrained and chopped
- β1 cup of wholesome breadcrumbs wholesomewhole wheat or gluten-free
- β1/2 cup of casserole cheese blend casseroleshredded
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor greasing the dish
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- βto taste salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, chopped tomatoes, and minced garlic.

Mix in wholesome breadcrumbs and casserole cheese blend until well combined.

Transfer the potato mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
