Garlic Wholesome Russian Chicken
A hearty and flavorful dish combining the richness of Russian cuisine with the wholesomeness of fresh ingredients, all tied together with a garlicky twist.

- ●2 cups wholesome flour
- ●6 cloves garlic
- ●1/2 cup tagine
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 medium onion
- ●2 medium carrots
- ●2 medium potatoes
- ●1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine chicken, wholesome flour, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish and set aside.
