Greek Pasta with Wholesome Almond Crunch
A delicious and healthy pasta dish made with wholesome ingredients, crunchy almonds, and a hint of Greek flavor.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Pastawhole wheat or gluten-free pasta
- β1/4 cup Wholesome Almond Crunchchopped almonds and dried herbs
- β1 cup Greek Yogurt
- β1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Fresh Basilchopped
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to release their juices.

Stir in the Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the tomato-yogurt sauce.

Sprinkle the wholesome almond crunch on top of the pasta and serve hot.
