Korean Wholesome Pilaf
A flavorful and nutritious pilaf dish inspired by Korean cuisine, made with wholesome ingredients and a hint of sweetness from the pear.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp wholesome oil
- β1 cup diced onionany variety
- β2 cloves minced garlic
- β1/4 cup chopped green onionoptional

Heat 1 tablespoon of wholesome oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the pilaf and cook, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes.

Add the diced pear and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the pilaf and pear are well combined.
