Lotus Root Fried Rice
A simple Peruvian-inspired side dish made with crispy fried lotus root and wholesome fried rice.

- β2 cups Peruvian Wholesome Fried Ricecooled
- β1 tablespoon Fried Rice Oiloptional

- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice

Instructions

Heat the fried rice oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
