Classic Wholesome Banana Pancakes
Moist and delicious pancakes made with ripe bananas and wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a weekend breakfast.
Ingredients
- β1 cup wholesome all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β3 bananasripe
- β1/2 cup hash brown potatoesdiced
- β1 cup non-dairy milksuch as almond or soy milk
- β1/2 cup unflavored non-dairy yogurtsuch as soy or coconut yogurt
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and mix with the hash brown potatoes.

Add the non-dairy milk and non-dairy yogurt to the bowl with the mashed banana mixture.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.
