Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the roast in a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot.

Add the Polish sausages to the pot.

Toss the potatoes and carrots in a bowl with 1 tbsp of polish and add to the pot.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the pot with a lid and roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
