Canadian-Style Smoky Tofu Bowl
A hearty and flavorful bowl filled with smoky tofu, wholesome ingredients, and a hint of Canadian flair.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofudrained and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/2 cup Wholesome BBQ Saucesmoky and sweet
- β2 tbsp Canadian Maple Syrupfor drizzling
- β1 cup Quinoacooked according to package instructions
- β1 medium Roasted Sweet Potatoesdiced and cooked
- β1 cup Black Beanscooked and drained
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantrofor garnish
- β2 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the sweet potatoes with a little oil and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the BBQ sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the tofu. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, roasted sweet potatoes, and tofu mixture.
