Brik Tunisian Savory Pastry

- β1/2 cup Wholesome hummusHomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped
- β1/4 cup Tunisian olivesPitted
- β1/2 cup CucumberSliced
- β1/2 cup TomatoDiced
- β1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakesTo taste
- βto taste Salt

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add a tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat the bottom.

Place 2 Brik pastries in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

While the Brik pastry is cooking, mix together hummus, parsley, olives, cucumber, tomato, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
