Uruguayan-Style Rice Bowl

- β1 packet uruguayan soup mixadjust seasoning to taste
- β1 can canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- β1 medium diced onion
- β1 medium diced bell pepper
- β1 medium diced tomato
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
