- β1/4 cup wholesale lime juice

- β1/2 cup chopped red onion
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- β1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- β2 tablespoons ceviche vinegar
- β2 cloves venezuelan garlic
