Spicy Indian Beef Kachori
A flavorful Indian-inspired snack filled with spiced ground beef, served with a side of chutney.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground Beef
- β4-6 pieces Kachori
- β1 medium, finely chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated Ginger
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Garam masala

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

5. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and garam masala, and stir to combine.

6. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer the filling for 10-15 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, preheat oil in a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 350Β°F.

8. When the oil is hot, add a few kachoris to the oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

9. Remove the kachoris from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
