Wilted Lettuce Salad with Portuguese Sausage
A hearty salad made with wilted lettuce, Portuguese sausage, and crispy bacon, perfect for a warm evening.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Portuguese SausageCasings removed
- β6 slices Bacon
- β1 medium Red OnionThinly sliced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
