Argentinian Beef Wraps with Lemon

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and Argentinian seasoning. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

Remove the beef mixture from the refrigerator and divide it into 4-6 portions, depending on desired wrap size.

Shape each portion into a ball and flatten slightly into a patty.

Add a tablespoon of oil to the preheated skillet and cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

While the beef is cooking, warm the tortilla wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by placing a cooked beef patty onto a warmed tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of chopped onion and a sprinkle of cilantro.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
