Crisp Manchego Frittata
A simple Spanish-inspired breakfast dish featuring crisp manchego cheese and a hint of winey flavor.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup, shredded crisp manchego cheese
- ●1/4 cup, sliced algerian winey olives
- ●6 large eggs eggs
- ●to taste salt
- ●1 tablespoon bake flour

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, sauté the algerian winey olives over medium heat until softened.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add the crisp manchego cheese to the egg mixture and stir until combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked olives in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and use a spatula to gently loosen the edges of the frittata from the pan.
