Mediterranean Clam Bake
A classic Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring clams baked with herbs and spices. This recipe is perfect for a summer evening with family and friends.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Clamsfresh or frozen
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh oregano
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- β1/4 cup White wine

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Rinse the clams and discard any broken shells. Pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large baking dish, combine the clams, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

Pour the white wine over the top and cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the clams are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
