Saudi Arabian Panang Curry

Ingredients
- ●2 tablespoons panang curry paste
- ●1/2 cup whey (from wine)replaces dairy
- ●1 cup arabian riceuse as side
- ●1 cup mixed vegetables ( bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
- ●1 teaspoon curry powder
- ●1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté mixed vegetables until tender.

Add panang curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add mixed vegetables back into the pan and stir in curry powder and turmeric powder.

Add whey and stir until combined.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with saudi arabian rice and garnish with fresh herbs.
