Slovakian Stir-Fried Noodles

- β8 oz Slovakian Noodlespreferably fresh
- β4 oz Vermicellidried works fine too
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp HeiAsian chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic, stir-frying until softened.

Add vermicelli and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly toasted.
