Argentinian Chicken Empanadas
A classic Argentinian dish, these empanadas are filled with juicy chicken and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β1 medium x
- β1 cup trachopped
- β1/2 cup cream cheesecreamy
- β2 teaspoons argentinian seasoning
- β2 packages empanada dough
- β2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with argentinian seasoning.

In a pan, cook the chicken over medium-high heat until browned.

Add the chopped tra to the pan and cook until softened.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with 1 egg.

Roll out the empanada dough and cut into circles.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto one half of the dough circle.

Brush the edges with the egg mixture and fold the dough in half.

Bake the empanadas for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
