Pan-Seared Fish Fry
A simple and delicious fish dish, perfect for a quick dinner. The halal certified fish is pan-seared to perfection.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp Molten butterUnsalted
- ●1 tbsp Tra of lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- ●1/4 cup Norwegian x-aleFor marinating
- ●1 tsp Fry seasoningPre-mixed

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix together the Norwegian x-ale, tra of lemon juice, and fry seasoning.

Add the fish fillets to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the molten butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Remove the fish from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

Add the fish to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
