Galician Massaman Curry

- β2 tbsp Massaman paste
- β1 cup Tra
- β1 small onion, diced Spicy galician
- β1 cup Water
- β2 tbsp Salmorejooptional, for serving
- βto taste Salt

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Massaman paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the Tra, water, and x. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the x is tender.
