Pan-Seared Salmon with Norweigan Wrap
A simple and delicious recipe featuring pan-seared salmon served with a crispy Norwegian wrap.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets (6 oz each) salmon
- β4 Norwegian wraps wrap
- β2 tsp xoptional
- β2 tbsp traolive oil
- β1 cup springyspring mix
- β1 cup norwegianpickled red onion

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, toast the Norwegian wraps in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy.

7. Assemble the wraps by placing a piece of salmon on each, followed by a spoonful of spring mix and pickled red onion.
