German Casserole with Morbier and Bitter Greens
A hearty German-inspired casserole featuring Morbier cheese and a tangy bitter greens mix.

- β8 ounces Morbier cheeseSliced
- β1 cup Casserole breadCubed
- β1 bunch Bitter greensChopped
- β4 German sausagesSliced
- β1 medium OnionSliced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the German sausages in a pan over medium heat until browned.

Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook until softened.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sliced Morbier cheese and cubed casserole bread.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, create a layer of the cooked sausage mixture.

Top with a layer of the Morbier cheese and casserole bread mixture.

Repeat the layers one more time, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
