Deodeok and Root Tagine

- β3 medium Root
- β2 tsp Algerian spice blend
- β1/4 cup Cheesy crumblesoptional
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Peel and chop the deodeok and root into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the Algerian spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add the deodeok and root, and cook for 5 minutes.
