Mushroom Stuffed Portobellos
A hearty and flavorful vegetarian main dish featuring portobello mushrooms stuffed with a mixture of sautéed mushrooms, pilaf, and spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 1 cup xenial mushrooms
- ●1 1 cup cooked pilaf
- ●2 2 cloves garlic
- ●1/4 1/4 cup olive oil
- ● Salt and pepperto taste
- ● Optional: feta cheese, chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean and prepare the portobello mushrooms by removing the stems and gills.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté the xenial mushrooms and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pilaf to the skillet and stir to combine.

Stuff each portobello mushroom cap with the pilaf mixture.
