Tagine Chicken with Mushrooms

- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 onion, dicedovolli
- β1 lb mushroom, slicedsyrian
- β2 tsp tagine spice blend
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1/2 cup dried apricots
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Instructions

Heat oil in a large clay or ceramic tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.
