Greek Baklava
A traditional Greek pastry made with layers of phyllo, nuts, and honey.

Ingredients
- β1 package (usually 16-20 sheets) Phyllo
- β1 cup, chopped walnuts
- β1/2 cup honey
- β1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1/4 cup butter, melted
- β1/2 tsp cinnamon
- β1/4 tsp ground cloves
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Thaw phyllo according to package instructions.

Layer 4 sheets of phyllo in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Mix nuts, honey, yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a bowl.

Spread the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo.

Layer another 4 sheets of phyllo on top.

Brush melted butter over the top layer of phyllo.

Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of phyllo on top.
