Korean-Style Pork Belly Stir Fry
A sweet and spicy stir-fry made with pork belly, inspired by Korean cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork bellyCut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Xenial stir-fry sauce
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β1/4 cup Green onionsSliced
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the pork belly and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the xenial stir-fry sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.

Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Return the pork belly to the skillet and cook until coated in the sauce, about 2-3 minutes.
