Thai-Style Cheesy Tagine
A twist on traditional Thai cuisine, this cheesy tagine combines the creaminess of cheese with the rich flavors of the tagine. Serve as a side dish or add to your favorite Thai meal.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp xenial tagine spice blend
- β1 cup molten cheeseshredded or crumbled
- β1/2 cup egyptian cheesecrumbly feta-style
- β1/2 cup curdsfresh or dried
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp Thai red curry paste
Instructions

Heat oil in a large clay or ceramic tagine over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add curry paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add tagine spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add curds and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
