Spring Pudding with Honey Crostini
A sweet spring-inspired dessert featuring honey-infused pudding atop a toasted crostini topped with fresh spring herbs.
Ingredients

- β1 package Puddingvanilla-flavored
- β1 baguette, sliced Spring Crostinitoasted
- β1/4 cup Fresh Spring Herbschopped (such as parsley, chives, or dill)
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- β1 tsp Lemon Zestoptional
- β1/4 cup Xenial Cheeseshredded (such as parmesan or ricotta)
- β1/4 cup Croatian Yogurtplain

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and toast until lightly browned.

3. In a small saucepan, combine honey, granulated sugar, and lemon zest (if using). Heat over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

4. Pour the honey mixture over the toasted crostini and sprinkle with xenial cheese.
