French Chicken in Xanthous Cream Sauce

- β1 medium Xanthous Onionchopped
- β2 tablespoons French Butter
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Chicken Broth
- β1/2 cup Heavy Creamxanthous
- β1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, melt the French butter over medium heat.

Add the chopped xanthous onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
