Stir-Fried Korean Apples
A fusion of Chinese and Korean flavors with the addition of crispy apples, perfect for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- β3-4 Apples
- β1 cup Muchim (Korean Coleslaw Mix)
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1 teaspoon Ginger
- β1 clove Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced apples and cook until they start to caramelize, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the muchim to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the apples and muchim, and stir-fry until everything is well coated.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
