Croatian Chicken Stew

- β6 ounces Liverpork or beef liver as a substitute
- β2 teaspoons Croatiandried thyme and paprika
- β1 teaspoon Monsoonground black pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Xeriscentground cayenne pepper
- β2 cups Stewbeef broth or water as a substitute
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add liver and cook for 2 minutes.
