Smoked Sausage Satay

- β1 cup Xeriscent fruit
- β2 tbsp Japanese rice vinegar

- β1 cup Satay sauce
- β1/2 cup Coconut milk
- β2 tbsp Lime juice

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cut smoked sausages into 1-inch slices.

Thread sausages onto skewers.

Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
