Tamagoyaki Omelette
A Japanese-style omelette made with tamagoyaki eggs and served with a side of mustardy xeriscope sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 eggsUse tamagoyaki eggs for a sweeter omelette
- β2 tablespoons xeriscopeUse as a side sauce
- β1 tablespoon mustardyUse as a side sauce
- β1 teaspoon japanese soy sauceOptional for added flavor
Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and swirl it around.

Pour in the eggs and let them cook for about 2 minutes.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

Continue cooking and folding the omelette until it is almost set.

Use the spatula to carefully fold the omelette in half.

Cook for an additional 30 seconds.

Serve the omelette hot with a side of xeriscope sauce and mustardy sauce.
