Xerisimo Pao de Queijo
A classic Brazilian cheese bread recipe with a twist using xerisimo flour.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup, grated queijo
- ●1 cup spring water
- ●1 tsp fix de pao
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix together xerisimo flour and fix de pao.

Gradually add spring water, stirring with a fork until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough on a floured surface and shape into balls.

Flatten each ball slightly into a disk shape.

Place the disks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
